How to Reserve Your Baby Beaks Bird
Reserving your new companion bird is simple. From choosing your favourite bird to bringing them home, we'll keep you informed every step of the way with friendly guidance and regular updates.
Choose Your Bird
Start by browsing our available birds or reaching out to us directly. We’re always happy to help you choose a bird that best suits your lifestyle, experience level, and family environment. Every bird is different, and we’ll guide you honestly to ensure you find the right match not just the quickest one.
Reserve Your Bird
Once you’ve chosen your bird, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure them. This ensures your baby is reserved just for you while they continue growing, being hand-raised, and preparing for their new home. At this stage, your bird may still be: Hand feeding Weaning Developing their personality We never rush this process your bird’s health and confidence always come first.
Follow Their Journey
This is where the magic happens ✨ We involve you in your bird’s journey by providing: Regular photo and video updates Progress updates on feeding and development Insights into their personality as it grows Our goal is to make you feel like you’re part of their life from day one, so by the time they come home, they already feel like yours.
Weaned & Development
We do not send any bird home until they are: Fully weaned (eating independently) Maintaining a healthy weight Confident and well-socialised Every bird develops at their own pace, which means we can’t always give an exact pickup date but this ensures your baby gets the absolute best start in life. During this stage, your bird is: - Handled daily - Exposed to household environments - Socialised with people, sounds, and routines
Preparing for Pickup!
Before your bird comes home, we’ll make sure you feel completely prepared. We provide guidance on: Diet and feeding, Cage setup, Toys and enrichment, Settling your bird into their new home. We’re always here to answer questions no matter how small.
Bringing your bird home!
The best part!!!!! When your bird is ready, we’ll arrange a pickup time and walk you through everything you need to know. Your baby will go home: Healthy and confident, Well-socialised and used to people, Ready to bond with their new family
