Unfortunately we do not allow visitors, as we are not a pet shop and run our business from our family homes. Allowing visitors also puts our vulnerable babies at risk with disease.

Reservations & Availability
Once you've chosen your bird, a deposit secures your reservation while your baby bird continues growing, weaning and socialising in our care.
Availability changes regularly depending on breeding schedules and the development of our baby birds. We recommend checking our Available Birds page frequently or contacting us for current availability.
Yes. Many families reserve their bird before it is ready to go home. During this time, we provide updates so you can follow your bird's progress.
We'll keep you informed with regular updates while your bird continues developing. Once your bird is fully weaned and ready, we'll arrange collection and provide guidance for a smooth transition.
Health & Care
Where applicable, birds are professionally DNA tested from around four weeks of age, giving you confidence in your bird's gender.
We only send birds home when they are fully weaned, eating independently and ready for life with their new family.
Our birds receive gentle daily handling and become familiar with normal household sounds, people and, where appropriate, other birds to help them adapt to family life.
Yes. We're happy to provide practical guidance on feeding, housing, enrichment and settling your new bird into its home.

BabyBeaks welcomes customers by appointment at our Wellington Point and Redland Bay locations, conveniently serving Brisbane, the Redlands and South East Queensland.
Yes. We're here to answer your questions before and after your bird comes home, helping you feel confident throughout your bird ownership journey.
We supply bird seed & Travel cages. We can stock in a certain cage if there is something you are particularly wanting
